Click and Collect (Free)

Customers can collect their purchases from Swensk’s Melbourne store at Shop 1, 230 Little Collins Street. Payment must be made in advance via phone or the webshop. Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready, and must respond to arrange a suitable pickup time. Exchanges or returns can be processed in-store, subject to Swensk’s standard return policy.

Same Day Delivery – Melbourne ($9–$15)

Same-day bike courier delivery is available on weekdays for selected Melbourne postcodes. Orders must be placed by 12pm and confirmed by phone. The delivery fee is $15. Service availability will be confirmed before checkout.

Eligible postcodes: 3000, 3002–3004, 3006, 3008, 3031, 3051–3054, 3141, 3207.

Express Post (Flat Rate $20)

Swensk ships Australia-wide using Express Post. Orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Most metro deliveries arrive next business day; regional deliveries may take 3–7 business days. All parcels require a signature and tracking information will be emailed once dispatched.

International Shipping

Registered Australia Post and DHL International are used for overseas orders. Delivery charges vary depending on weight (four tiers) and destination region (NZ, APAC, China, North America, Europe, Remote, South America, Africa, Arabia, Caribbean). All international orders require a signature upon receipt. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
