Australia - Shipments & Returns

SHIPPING
Click and Collect ($0)

Click and collect is available from our Melbourne store: Shop 1, 230 Little Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria.

Please note payment must be made prior to collection via phone or the web shop. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready for collection. You will be requested to reply via email or text to confirm a day and approximate time for collection.

We are now able to accept exchanges or returns at the click and collect desk. If an exchange or return is required this will be confirmed with Swensk via phone or email as per our usual return policy.

On the Day Delivery ($9)

Please note that if you require same day delivery (weekdays only), we can usually arrange a bike courier to your home or workplace if booked by 12pm. For this service, it is the usual flat fee of $15.

Please call us on (03) 9663 4376 before placing your order so we can ensure our couriers can deliver to you before 5pm.

Melbourne Postcodes: 3000, 3002–4, 3006, 3008, 3031, 3051–54, 3141 and 3207.

Express Post ($20 Flat Rate)

Within Australia, we ship with Australia Post using Express Post. Shipping within Australia is a flat fee of $20.

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or the following day if the order is made after 5 pm. Metro areas usually deliver the following business day but please allow 3 business days for your goods to be delivered. For regional areas allow 3–7 business days. Express Post parcels require a signature.

Please note, orders placed on Australian (State of Victoria) public holidays, and over weekends, will be sent on the following business day. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your goods have been sent.

RETURNS

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Swensk will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Shipping fees will not be refunded, except in the event the product is faulty.

If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, please email us before returning said item. Swensk will assess the item upon receiving it, and if deemed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement if possible or issue a refund via original payment method, including shipping. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty. Should you find the item you purchased is faulty, please contact us and we will provide an exchange or refund when the item is returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

All items are checked for faults or damage before being dispatched. Refunds are available for online purchases only.

International Shipping - Shipments & Returns

For international shipping we use Registered Australia Post and DHL international shipping. We require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Order tracking

An order tracking number along with shipping details will be emailed to the address you have provided once your goods have left Swensk. You will be provided with details on how you can track your shipment via email.

Signing for deliveries

We advise that you use a secure delivery address. Swensk is unable to take responsibility for stolen parcels.

Postage and handling charges

International postage is determined by:

  1. Weight of goods: 0–500g, 500g–3kg, 3–10kg, 10–15kg
  2. Destination country/shipping address at checkout.
Customs and Duties

International customers may incur customs duties or import tax when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Packaging

All items returned to Swensk must be unworn with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If your order arrives without tags or with damaged packaging, please notify Swensk on the same day as delivery.

Returns

Swensk is happy to offer you a refund on full-price items if what you have purchased is not suitable within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for return shipping and must coordinate with their local postal service. Please use standard shipping and insure the package. Obtain a tracking number.

Returns via other carriers may result in delays or incur customs and brokerage fees, which may be deducted from your refund.

Goods must be in unused condition with all tags still attached.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

RETURN PROCESS

STEP 1.
Email s within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know whether you wish to exchange or refund your item(s).

Once we’ve confirmed via email, send your unused item(s) with all tags attached to:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s).

Use your local postal service and standard shipping. Insure the package and obtain a tracking number for safety.

Colours

DIFFERENT SCREENS, DIFFERENT COLOURS

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on swensk.com reflect the colours in reality. Variations can depend on your computer or phone screen and the computer settings.

Faulty Goods

EXCHANGE / REFUND ON FAULTY GOODS

If there has been an issue with an item you have received and you feel that the item may be faulty, please email cs[at]swensk.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Swensk will assess all returned items on receipt. Any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Items deemed faulty will be replaced by Swensk. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the value of the item at the time of purchase, including any shipping cost incurred.

Please provide a receipt for the shipping costs with the returned faulty goods. Depending on the form of initial payment, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Charges for return of faulty goods

Unless the item returned is deemed faulty, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Items (No returns)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS

No returns on discounted promotions.

Sale goods are those which have had the original price discounted or were sold as part of a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is final. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault found.

If there is a fault that has not been communicated before the purchase, please read the information under the headline – “Faulty Goods”.

SALE PRICE ITEMS
