International Orders

For international shipping we use Registered Australia Post and DHL international shipping. We require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Order Tracking

An order tracking number along with shipping details will be emailed to the address you have provided once your goods have left Swensk. You will be provided with details on how you can track your shipment via email.

Signing for deliveries​

We advise that you use a secure delivery address. Swensk is unable to take responsibility for stolen parcels.

Postage and handling charges​

International Postage is determined by A) weight of goods: 1. (0-500g), 2. (500g -3kg) 3. (3-10kg) and 4. (10-15kg) and B) destination country/shipping address at checkout (1. New Zealand, 2. APAC, 3. China, 4. North America, 5. Europe, 6. Remote and 7. South America, Africa, Arabia and Caribbean.

Customs and Duties​

International customers may incur customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Returns, Exchanges and Faulty Goods

Returns Packaging

All items returned to Swensk must be returned unworn and with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If your order is received without tags attached or the packaging has become damaged please notify Swensk via email cs[at] on the same day as receiving your goods.

Full price items

Swensk is happy to offer you a refund on full-price items if what you have purchased is not suitable within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post. Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.

Goods must be in unused condition with all tags still attached.

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.


We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Returns and echange on sale items

No returns on discounted promotions​

Sale goods are those which have had the original price discounted or sold as part of a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is final. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault found. If there is a fault that has not been communicated before the purchase, please read the information below – “Faulty Goods”.

Exchanges/Refunds on faulty goods

If there has been an issue with an item you have received and you feel that the item may be faulty please email cs[at] within 3 days of receiving your order. Swensk will assess all returned items on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as being faulty.
Any item deemed to be faulty will be replaced by Swensk. If a replacement is unavailable a refund will be issued for the value of the item at the time of placing your order including any shipping cost incurred. Please provide the receipt for shipping costs with the returned faulty goods. Depending on the form of initial payment refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Charges for return of faulty goods

Unless the item returned is deemed faulty all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
