Returns
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Swensk will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Shipping fees will not be refunded, except in the event the product is faulty.
If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, please email us before returning said item. Swensk will assess the item upon receiving it, and if deemed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement if possible or issue a refund via original payment method, including shipping. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty. Should you find the item you purchased is faulty, please contact us and we will provide an exchange or refund when the item is returned within a 14 days with proof of purchase. All items are checked for faults or damage before being dispatched.

Step 1.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please let us know if you wish to exchange or refund your item(s).
Step 2.
Once we have confirmed via email that you are able to exchange or refund, please send item(s) in unused condition, with all tags still attached, back to :
