SHIPPING

Within Australia, we ship with Australia Post using Express Post. Shipping within Australia is a flat fee of $15.

All orders placed by 12pm will be shipped the same day where possible. Metro areas usually deliver the following business day but please allow 3 business days for your goods to be delivered. For regional areas allow 3-7 business days. Express Post parcels require a signature.

Please note, orders placed on Australian (State of Victoria) public holidays, and over weekends, will be sent on the following business day.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your goods have been sent.

Melbourne CBD

Please note that if you require same day delivery, we can usually arrange a bike courier to your home or work place if booked by 12pm. For this service, it is the usual flat fee of $15. Please call us (03) 9663 4376 before placing your order so we can ensure our couriers can deliver to you before 5pm.

International Shipping

International postage coming soon. Please contact us here with your address and we can advise cost*.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Swensk will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Shipping fees will not be refunded, except in the event the product is faulty. Afterpay merchant fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, please email us before returning said item. Swensk will assess the item upon receiving it, and if deemed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement if possible or issue a refund via original payment method, including shipping. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty. Should you find the item you purchased is faulty, please contact us and we will provide an exchange or refund when the item is returned within a 14 days with proof of purchase. All items are checked for faults or damage before being dispatched.
