Within Australia, we ship with Australia Post using Registered Post. Shipping within Australia is a flat fee of $10.
During the current Stage 4 Restrictions in Melbourne, orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days . Metro areas usually deliver the following business day but please allow 3 business days for your goods to be delivered. For regional areas allow 3-7 business days. Express Post parcels require a signature.
Please note, orders placed on Australian (State of Victoria) public holidays, and over weekends, will be sent on the following business day.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your goods have been sent.
Please note that if you require same day delivery (weekdays only), we can usually arrange a bike courier to your home or work place if booked by 12pm. For this service, it is the usual flat fee of $9. Please call us (03) 9663 4376 before placing your order so we can ensure our couriers can deliver to you before 5pm.
Returns and exchanges for online purchases (Australia)
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Swensk will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Shipping fees will not be refunded, except in the event the product is faulty. Afterpay merchant fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, please email us before returning said item. Swensk will assess the item upon receiving it, and if deemed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement if possible or issue a refund via original payment method, including shipping. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty. Should you find the item you purchased is faulty, please contact us and we will provide an exchange or refund when the item is returned within a 14 days with proof of purchase. All items are checked for faults or damage before being dispatched.

For international shipping we use Registered Australia Post and DHL international shipping. We require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
An order tracking number along with shipping details will be emailed to the address you have provided once your goods have left Swensk. You will be provided with details on how you can track your shipment via email.

We advise that you use a secure delivery address. Swensk is unable to take responsibility for stolen parcels.
Postage & handling charges
International Postage is determined by destination country and weight of goods (> 1) 500 g 2) 500 g to 3kg and 3) 3kg to 10kg). Amount will be determined by your address and items at checkout.
Customs & duties
International customers may incur customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer placing the order.
ARCHIVE SALE ONLY – Please be aware, orders placed on an archive sale product is final. We do not offer a refund on discounted goods unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.
Swensk is happy to offer you an exchange or refund on full price items if what you have purchased is not suitable within 7 days of receiving your order, with the exception of sale goods. You must email [email protected] before returning item.
Goods must be unused condition with all tags still attached.
Sale goods are those which have had the original price discounted or sold as part of a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is final. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault found.

Subject to availability we will happily exchange your items that have been returned to Swensk within 7 days of being received by you. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange request must be emailed to [email protected] If the goods requested are unavailable you will be issued with a store credit or a refund. If you wish to make an exchange, you must request a refund and place a new order.
If you have requested a refund Swensk will refund the original purchase’s account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on form of initial payment refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once goods are received back to Swensk.
Exchanges/refunds for faulty goods
If there has been an issue with an item you have received and you feel that the item may be faulty please email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Swensk will assess all returned items on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as being faulty.
Any item deemed to be faulty will be replaced by Swensk. If a replacement is unavailable a refund will be issued for the value of the item at time of placing your order including any shipping cost incurred. Please provide the receipt for shipping costs with the returned faulty goods. Depending on form of initial payment refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Charges for return or exchange
Unless the item returned is deemed faulty all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All items returned to Swensk must be returned unworn and with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If your order is received without tags attached or the packaging has become damaged please notify Swensk via email [email protected] on same day as receiving your goods.
