3. Recipient's Name: (Put the name of the person you are giving the voucher to)
4. Recipient's Email Address: (Put YOUR e-mail)
5. Confirm Email Address: (YOURS again)
6. Personal Message: (Put YOUR postal address or the address you wish us to send it to)
7. Delivery method: (Choose Print this gift voucher. I will deliver it myself.) This will be your receipt.
