We accept card payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Bank Cards.
Returns accepted only if item description is incorrect. Item details and sizes are listed. If unsure of size to order, please submit any questions prior to buying. Measurements will be provided on request. Refunds will not be given due to ordering of incorrect size. Refunds are made in the same form as payment minus costs for shipping. Exchanges are accepted only if you receive an item in error. During 14 days following the delivery of your incorrect order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original reciept. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Swensk cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Swensk. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Swensk will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
The returns policy does not apply for outlet/sales periods. No refund, no exchange and no returns.
Postage and handeling
All orders are fulfilled at our store in Melbourne, Australia within 2 business days. We operate Monday to Friday but not on public holidays. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation.
Our shipments are free of charge - national and international (conditions apply for archives)
However, you will need to register a postage address where you personnaly can sign the item. Goods will be delivered in approximately 5-7 working days (outside Australia longer time will be needed. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs). If you (the recipient) cannot sign for delivery at home/apartment block or place of work as this delivery method can be traced. Signature is required on delivery. Tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment. All parcels are insured for loss. You can not use registered post if you are using a PO Box address.
Shipment costs on Archives
Each item on archives has a 10 AUD charge added for postage when you reach Paypal. If you get several items the difference between the actual postage cost and your postage payment will de reimbursed after the purchase. You will not be charged for more postage in case it will cost more then you paid. If you purchase a full price item from our normal store in the same Paypal order, the shipment will be free of charged and any shipment costs will be reimbursed.
Local Customs tax for international shipping
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
